Check In: after 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: before 11:00 a.m. Late check out will be charged at $50 for each 1/2 hour the cleaning crew is delayed.
Cancellations made within 90 days of your reservation date are not refundable. A refund may be possible if the flat can be rented to another party for the entire length of your cancelled reservation.
No refunds of deposit on cancellation of reservations for 7 or more consecutive days.
A $35 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
A deposit equal to one night’s lodging is due within 7 days of booking to hold a reservation. This will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
The balance is due 90 days prior to the reservation date. The balance may be paid with a personal check drawn on a US bank or a VISA or Master Card. Checks should be made payable to The Brenden House. Contact us for deposit information. We will no longer take mailed checks.
Cleaning deposit of $100 is required for parties of 7 or more.
Late check out fees of $50 a 1/2 hour after 11 am will be charged to the card on file.
No smoking of anything on the property. If you smoke, you must go out to the street so that smoke doesn’t blow back into the house. A smoking clean up fee of $300 will be charged to your card for the clean up.
No pets are accepted at the 4th St Inn.
At the Brenden House, I prefer no pets, but can be persuaded to accept one well behaved dog. The following charges would apply:
- $22 a day for one dog
- $100 cleaning fee for carpets and couch clean up, if necessary.
