The Loft

• One Bedroom with a queen bed
• One Bathroom with a shower

• Private entrance and deck with a view

• Maid and meal services are not provided
• No Smoking

Minimum stay is two nights.
10% City & state taxes are not included in the rates. Current tax rate is 9% City and 1% state.

* Off-season Rates: Weekly and monthly rates are available. Call for specials. Rates for Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years weeks are same as March through October.

Deposit: One night's lodging is due within 7 days of booking to hold a reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to the reservation date. Cleaning deposit may be required.

Payment: Cash, checks, VISA or Master Card are accepted.
Checks should be made payable to The Brenden House and mailed to 1685 Old Hwy 99 South, Ashland, OR 97520

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the reservation date will be refunded only if the flat is rented to another party for the entire length of the cancelled reservation. No refunds on cancellation of reservations for 7 or more consecutive days. A $35 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
